We want you to be happy with HoodNerdz. This policy explains when you can get money back. To ask for a refund, email hoodnerdzllc@gmail.com with your order number (shown on your receipt and in My account).
Domains
- Domain registrations and renewals can't be refunded once completed, because the registry charges us as soon as the domain is registered or renewed.
- If we can't register or renew a domain you paid for, we refund you automatically.
- Transfers that the current registrar declines are refunded automatically.
- A free .com from an offer has no cash value and isn't refunded.
Web hosting
- Monthly bills cover hours already used, so they aren't refunded.
- Your hosting deposit isn't refunded as cash: it pays your final bill when you cancel. If the deposit is more than your final bill, we'll refund the difference on request within 60 days of cancelling.
- If hosting was down for a long time because of a problem on our side, contact us and we'll credit you fairly.
Website builds
- Before you send the project survey: full refund.
- After work has started: we'll refund part of the price based on the work not yet done.
- After you approve the finished site: no refund. Use your revision rounds before approving.
Merch
- Items are printed just for you, so we can't take returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering.
- If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund it.
- If a package is lost in shipping, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Fees
The $1.00 platform fee and the card processing fee are not refunded, except when we refund a whole order because of a problem on our side.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows them within 5–10 business days. Refunding a payment also cancels any affiliate commission earned on it.
Disputes
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually fix things faster. If a payment is disputed, related services may be paused until it's resolved.
